Further development of the onboarding strategy
Implementation and tracking of employer branding initiatives
Preparation of discussions and documentation of probationary periods, feedback and development discussions
Support for new employees in integrating to company.
Personnel data management and administration (digitization of documents)
Cooperation with the other European country organizations.
Bachelor s or Master s Degree
Sound knowleddge on Global recruitment process especially EU region. Prior experience mandatory.
Sound experience in the entire recruiting process
Good knowledge of employer branding.
Confident handling of MS Office applications and Recruitment ATS platforms.
Excellent English speaking and content writing skills
